Who we are
Julya Premium Cleaning ("we", "us", "our") provides domestic and commercial cleaning services across Ilford, Romford and East London. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We are based in Ilford, London, and our full postal address is available on request. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@julyapremiumcleaning.com or on 07732 265573.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and your address or postcode.
- Booking details: the service you request, property size, preferred dates, access notes, and anything else you tell us.
- Messages you send us through our website forms, by email, or on WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data created when you visit the site, such as your IP address and standard server logs, handled by our hosting and content delivery provider.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes and to arrange and deliver your cleaning service.
- To contact you about your booking and to respond to your enquiries.
- To keep records for accounting and to meet our legal obligations.
- To improve our service and, where you have agreed, to send occasional updates.
Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (delivering the service you book), our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our business), legal obligation (keeping accounting records), and your consent where you opt in to marketing.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the cleaner assigned to your job so they can carry out the work. We also use trusted service providers that act on our behalf, including the provider that delivers our website enquiries to us by email, and our website hosting and content delivery provider. These providers only process your data on our instructions. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data on servers outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for your data, such as approved contractual protections, so your information stays protected to UK standards.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (generally up to six years for financial records), then we delete or anonymise them.
How we protect it
We take reasonable measures to keep your information secure and to limit access to those who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to deal quickly with any issue.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we hope you will contact us first so we can help.
Children
Our services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
