What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number, and address or postcode.
- Booking details: the service you request, property size, preferred dates, and any notes you add.
- Messages you send us through our forms, email, or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data (such as anonymised analytics) if and when analytics are enabled.
How we use it
- To provide quotes and arrange and deliver your cleaning service.
- To contact you about your booking and respond to enquiries.
- To improve our service and, where you have agreed, to send occasional updates.
Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (delivering the service you book) and legitimate interests (responding to enquiries), and consent where you opt in to marketing.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the cleaner assigned to your job, and with service providers that help us operate (for example, our form/email provider). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
