Booking
Submitting a booking request is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm your cleaner and time by email or text. Prices shown online are estimates; the final price is confirmed before your clean.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12:00 (midday) on the day before your appointment. Cancellations after that may incur a fee to compensate your cleaner.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at booking. We do not take payment to make a booking request through this website.
Our responsibilities
We carry public liability insurance. If something is damaged due to our negligence, contact us within 24 hours of the clean so we can put it right.
Your responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property at the agreed time.
- Tell us about anything we should know (pets, fragile items, hazards, alarm codes).
- Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available for the clean.
Complaints
We want every clean to be right. If you're not satisfied, tell us within 24 hours and we'll arrange to re-clean the affected areas where appropriate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
