Pricing

Clear cleaning prices for Ilford, Romford and east London.

No contracts, no booking fees, and you see your quote before you confirm. Regular cleans are charged by the hour. One-off jobs like deep cleans and end of tenancy are a flat price by property size.

How pricing works

Three simple ways we price a clean.

Hourly

Regular and office cleans are charged per hour, with a 2.5-hour minimum. You only pay for the time your home needs, so a big period house and a small flat are priced fairly.

From £24/hr
Flat rate

Deep clean, end of tenancy, oven, carpet and Airbnb are a flat price by property size. End of tenancy is a fixed quote with our deposit-back guarantee.

From £170
Survey-based

After-builders cleans vary too much to price blind. We give a firm quote after a quick site survey or a few photos, with no obligation.

How long do I need?

Because we charge by the hour, the only question is how many hours to book. Use this as a guide, then adjust once your cleaner knows your home. A larger or period property with high ceilings will need more time.

What affects your price

Size of your home

More rooms and bathrooms take more time. For hourly cleans you book the hours to match.

Condition

First cleans and homes that have been left a while take longer than a regularly maintained home.

Property type

A large period house with high ceilings and big rooms costs more than a small modern flat of the same bedroom count.

Frequency

Regular cleans get 10% off the hourly rate weekly, or 5% off fortnightly. One-off cleans are charged at the standard rate.

Equipment & supplies

What is included, and what you provide

Regular cleans

We bring all the cleaning products and cloths at no extra cost. You provide the vacuum and mop. This keeps prices down and avoids moving allergens or pet hair between homes. No vacuum, or an empty property? Ask us and we can bring equipment, quoted separately.

One-off & specialist cleans

For deep cleans, end of tenancy, after-builders, oven and carpet cleaning we bring absolutely everything, including professional and industrial equipment. Nothing is needed from you.

Fair pay

We pay our cleaners above the London Living Wage.

Fair pay is how we keep reliable, experienced cleaners who turn up and take pride in the work. It is the difference between a premium clean and the cheapest option, and it is built into our prices, not added on top.

How much does a cleaner cost in Ilford, Romford and east London?
Regular cleaning is £24 per hour with a 2.5-hour minimum booking, so a visit starts at £60. Deep cleans start from £170 and end of tenancy from £220. All prices are transparent with no booking fees, and you see your quote before you confirm.
How many hours should I book for a regular clean?
As a guide: a 1-bed, 1-bath home is usually 2.5 to 3 hours, a 2-bed, 1-bath around 3 hours, and a 3-bed, 2-bath around 4 hours. Bigger or period homes with high ceilings take longer. We charge by the hour, so you only pay for the time your home needs.
Are deep clean and end of tenancy prices fixed?
They are quoted as a flat price by property size. End of tenancy is a fixed quote backed by our 72-hour deposit-back guarantee. Deep cleans are priced from a starting rate because condition varies. A large or period property with high ceilings costs more than a small modern flat of the same bedroom count, and the final price is always confirmed before your clean.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?
For regular cleans you provide the vacuum and mop, and we bring all the products at no extra cost. This keeps prices down and avoids moving allergens or pet hair between homes. For deep, end of tenancy, after-builders, oven and carpet cleans we bring absolutely everything. No vacuum, or an empty property? Ask us and we can arrange to bring equipment, quoted separately.
Are there any contracts or hidden fees?
No. There are no contracts and no booking fees. You can reschedule or cancel any visit free until midday the day before. Regular cleans get 10% off the hourly rate weekly, or 5% off fortnightly.
Why are you not the cheapest?
We pay our cleaners above the London Living Wage. Fair pay is how we keep reliable, experienced, vetted cleaners who turn up and do a genuinely premium job, rather than a churn of one-off staff.
